What’s going on everyone and Happy Tuesday.
So today, I listened to something, as I woke up this morning and I like to listen to things that pick me up. a couple words of wisdom. Maybe some” motivation”.
But the one thing that struck me was,
“in order to get unstuck or deal with change or want change is that instead of having expectations,rather have appreciation.” -Tony Robbins
So when I went to my workout this morning, which the end was snatches, and burees😱😷👳.
I already started setting myself up for disaster because I expected myself to perform at a high level.
I expected myself to perform of what I used to be.
I expected more from what I got.
And I started to get tired.
I started to get bummed.
So instead I took a second…
And started to appreciated that I can barbell snatch.
I appreciate it. that I can lift 95 pounds.
I appreciated that I have the hip ability to full burpee again.
And that completely changed my workout.
Instead of me thinking about why this is such a terrible workout and I’m not doing good.
Instead I smiled. 😌
For the first time in a long time while working out.
Because I dropped the expectations of what I used to be, and appreciated what I’m doing currently.
And I feel like that’s in anything.
You know, in life, whenever you feel jammed up or stuck or you want to change.
A lot of times you can just sit there and say we’re not good enough. or
This is not what I was supposed to be doing.
Know I expected more from myself.
People expect more from me
CHANGE YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS!
rather appreciate the fact that you’re there,
appreciate the fact that you have this ability to choose.
Appriciate you life
Because I’m sure there’s 1000 people that are are not here in this life right now.
That would trade places with you.

So just food for thought something I thought about when I was working out today, and I want to share with you guys this Tuesday.
