What’s going on everybody.
Finally, the sun is out. Yesterday was a rainy day.
But then again yesterday was yesterday and today is a new day.
With that said, If you watch last week’s videos and read emails.
We talked a lot about the big change that’s going to happen.
And change is scary
It’s something that makes us uncomfortable.
It’s something that makes us uncertain.
But what it does, it makes us adapt.
It makes us learn how to think on our feet. It makes us learn how to accept.
And that’s how you got to take on change because anything can happen at any moment.
You know, it’s how we deal with that change is what’s the most important. but change is also a decision.
YOU HAVE TO DECIDE YOU WANT CHANGE
I was just talking to a couple Kranksters this morning, and how life has changed for them so quickly, or has changed for another person so quickly.
Now you must change.
So in relation to working out and training adaptation and changes needed in order for our body to see changes. We have to change something.
We have to progress. We have to adapt.
We have to keep the body guessing that same thing with life.
You know, we have to move on, move differently, and challenge ourselves to take on different things.
In order to see some type of change, because if you’re not changing.
You’re just kind of riding the wave.
That’s not going to get you anywhere except for where you are. but remember the most important part is that you have to DECIDE TO CHANGE.
