I wanted to make sure that all of you are doing the barbell snatch correctly.
I know with the growing popularity of crossfire and olympic lifting that people are definitely just messing up form and focus.
People love to move forward fast I mean it is 2015 and everyone wants everything very fast.
so fast that you quit before you even get close to seeing progress.
With complex movements like the Snatch, Clean and Press, and Jerk or even the Squat , Bench , and Deadlift you must take your time and work on form and technique before moving forward so fast.
You must always stick to the basic and start to progress in form and body awareness before adding external loads (AKA weighted weights)
So check out the video above to make sure you are not making the biggest snatch mistake you can make.

I am not going to lie I am USAW Certified but I do not practice the moment enough to say that I am an expert in the field of olympic lifts so lets go the pro of the barbell snatch.

I really love making videos and thought our variation of the biggest mistake is a bit optimal for my personality.
