First off thank you all for all the question and comments you have been smiling me back and want to make sure I get to all of them.
Today’s question: “What should I eat before and after a workout?”
I believe this is a staple question in conjunction with what we do here at Krank. Being Fit is not only about working out, we also have to get into the side that we all ignore and that the nutrition aspect.
Listen we are not all bodybuilders and I think that’s the BIG mistake that we all make. Thinking that we have to eat a certain way to achieve results. There are tons of ways but we have to find out which one best fits our lives.
I was there too. Confused…Lost…No idea what to do or eat or anything. I had to learn the hard way through tons of mistakes and trials. But I found out what works best for me. To be honest the older I get the more changes I have to make. So I want you to know its a never ending test of finding what good for YOU.
