You Never Believe What this Nutley Fat Loss Coach Ate
The days have been getting much better and the pent up energy is going away little by little.
I actually did a little bench pressing yesterday and changed up the tempo a lot with minimal load.
In regular talk I did light weight on the bench press with slower reps.
On a fat loss diet note I set the calories low and hit under 170 this morning here in NJ.
Really sticking to the calorie counting and following the macro percentages are helping my stay in line.
I always have a tendency to freak out when I start a dieting plan, but that a mental game I have to breakthrough.
I’m sure you all know what I mean.
Well in theme time here are my meals today
Because of the higher protein I had in the day due to what I had and the schedule I had 50 grams of carbs left and 14 grams of fat with one 4 grams of protein.
So I had some Oat Toast with Butter and a few pita chips with Hummus.
Man o man did it feel good to eat like an english man at night. hahahahaha
