What’s going on guys hope everyone’s okay, hope everyone’s doing well.
There are couple things that happened to me when I say start setting goals and planning diets is that it overwhelm myself and I try to do everything I can as fast as possible.
I’m just let you guys take my want to take my time but I end up rushing it. Putting myself at the drastic measures something that I was one of my flaws and I know some you guys.
I want you guys know that we got to be patient we got to make sure that we’re doing things consistently just like the video that I posted up a couple days ago. So here’s what my day look like with meal planning it’s a pictures of it again still at
1600 cal with a 40% protein 30% carbon 30% fat
Arugala Mixed 3 cups, 2 oz Goat Cheese, 2.19 oz turkey meat, 2 TB organic balsamic
2 oz Chicken Breast, 1 oz Salmon 1/2 cup Rice
Last meal with 700 calories I have a turkey sandwich at a Wrestling Match. I haven’t eaten in 5 hours and the schedule got busy
So instead of waiting to eat at home late It fit my percentages with 32 g of fat , 60 carbs, and 60 protein. So I was ALLOWED to eat this sandwich.
MMMMM that was good. I want you to know that you CAN have these things but most of your Diet should be 80% REAL minimally processed and 20% of the rest

Question for you, if I were to write a book what would you like to see in our topics covered in that book I think IS ready but it’s good just to reassure myself thanks
