Whats up everyone!
So I fell off the path of my fitness goals after the surgery.
I really didn’t want to do anything except workout.
I am not gonna lie, I didnt ruin the diet but I really didn’t care.
So with the promise of Blogging every day (Typing is such a challenge)
I will be posting my meals and feedings.
So based off my sedentary lifestyle of the present post operation life.
Calories are 165 x 10= 1650 ( Goal Weight x 10)
Protein %- 40 %
Carb %- 30%
Fat %- 30 %
If I were to be working out more I would have my carbs at a higher percentage and also my calories will be
But for now here you go
So what is the goal?
I am going to Bahamas in 2 weeks and want to see the transformation in 14 days
of really STRICT to my percentage eating habits with minimal workouts.
I always start the day with a Green Blender -3 Cups of Spinach, 1 banana, 4 strawberries, 1-2 scoops of protein
1 whole egg and 3 egg whites with the green blender
Same as breakfast
I always make extra for the afternoon just because I know its hard to get those veggies in so this is 2 cups of Green Blender and 1 cup of turkey chili homage with low cal sparkling water
I had a pre work dinner : 5 oz of chicken breast, 2 cups of broccoli, 1/2 cup of white rice, hot sauce
I wish it was THIS!!! hahahaha
And dinner was 9 oz of salmon baked, 1/4 cup jasmine rice and 1 cup of Broccoli.
